Personal Knowledge Archive

A private, user-controlled archive for material you explicitly choose to save.

What the app does

Personal Knowledge Archive lets the user submit selected links or material for capture. The capture service processes the selected source and stores archive evidence and normalized source-package files in the user's Google Drive.

Google Drive access is requested with the drive.file scope. The application is designed to work with files and folders the user explicitly selects for the application or files the application creates for the archive, rather than requesting broad access to the user's entire Drive.

How the data is used

Captured source material is used only to maintain the user's personal knowledge archive. Capture itself does not call the OpenAI API. Later, when the user explicitly requests semantic curation in ChatGPT, selected archive material may be read and derived knowledge may be written to the user's private GitHub knowledge repository.
